1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service operated by TarmacLabs LLC ("TarmacLabs," "we," "us," or "our"), including Trim (cfitrim.com) and AutoBrief, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TarmacLabs provides aviation software tools, including:

• Trim — a flight training management platform for independent Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs).
• AutoBrief — an AI pre-flight brief and GO/NO-GO platform for flight schools (in development).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platforms, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at TarmacLabs@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of FAA regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platforms.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of our services.
• Misrepresent your credentials, certifications, or qualifications within the platform.

6. Aviation Data and Compliance

Trim includes features referencing FAA Advisory Circulars (AC 61-65K), 14 CFR Part 61, and FAA Airman Certification Standards (ACS). This information is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. TarmacLabs does not guarantee regulatory compliance — you remain solely responsible for ensuring your operations conform to all applicable FAA regulations and local law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and materials on our platforms are the property of TarmacLabs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TarmacLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
